Cos’è il diritto connesso?
È il diritto che permette all’artista interprete esecutore di maturare un compenso economico ogni volta che l’opera audiovisiva o musicale in cui ha preso parte viene trasmessa via radio, tv, web, esercizi pubblici.
Chi sono gli artisti interpreti ed esecutori?
Gli attori, i doppiatori, i cantanti, i musicisti, i direttori d’orchestra e di coro, i complessi orchestrali o corali che ricoprono in un’opera audiovisiva o musicale un ruolo da primario o comprimario.

Intérpretes: pertenecen al grupo de los intérpretes, los que con carácter relevante representen, canten, lean, reciten, declamen o interpreten, en cualquier forma, una obra literaria o artística, un fonograma, una grabación audiovisual, una expresión del folklore o cualquier otro acto que sea objeto de derechos. Los solistas y el director de orquesta se incluyen en este grupo.
Ejecutantes: pertenecen al grupo de los ejecutantes, los que acompañen con sus actuaciones a uno o varios intérpretes, mediante la representación, canto, lectura, recitado, declamación o ejecución en cualquier otra forma de una obra literaria o artística, un fonograma, una grabación audiovisual, una expresión del folklore o cualquier otro acto que sea objeto de derechos. Los integrantes de una orquesta o coro se incluyen en este grupo.

Les droits des artistes interprètes
Pour bien comprendre, il faut revenir au principe d’équité et de reconnaissance du travail fourni par l’artiste interprète qui a fait naître ces droits.
Quand il/elle joue dans un film, quand il/elle enregistre une musique, une chanson, ce film est ensuite diffusé à la télévision, cette musique est diffusée à la radio, à la télévision, dans les commerces et dans les lieux publics, et le tout est copié par le consommateur final… il est normal que le chiffre d’affaires généré par ces exploitations soit partagé avec ceux qui en sont à l’origine, les artistes.
