Ogni società di collecting ha un suo termine massimo per il recupero dei “vecchi” diritti.
Con alcune si può arrivare a recuperare fino a 10 anni addietro, con altre 5 e altre ancora 3.
Per questo motivo è importante, iscriversi e tutelarsi, senza perdere tempo. Altrimenti c’è il pericolo di non recuperarli.
Però, le circostanze favorevoli sono che, ogni “vecchia” opera (canzone o programma TV) ogni volta che viene ritrasmessa, genere NUOVI diritti.
